Educate for peaceful life. ND Palan and his team do whatever possible guidance to the people to learn understand and apply for achieving peaceful and happy life. A charitable society for this end was registered in the year 2000, ND Palan the president.

The charitable society named sree vidya educational and rural development charitable society registered number 1849/2000, is located at Thiruvananthapuram city, Kerala, India. Innovative training programmes, developing emotional intelligence to various types and levels of people are being undertaken since then.

Evolving a system through effective imparting and practicing of factors affecting emotional changes for best application of intelligence for the performance and use of knowledge in every walk of life of the complex human existence.

ND Palan, after his BSc in mathematics , joined the central police services as Assistant Commandant in the year 1973. He continued his service in various levels in the police departments including National Security Guards(NSG). He was awarded Presidents medal for meritorious services(PMMS) in the year 1991 by the President of India. Since his inceptions in the government service, he had been carrying out researches on various emotional skirmishes, faced by officials at different levels . In the year 2000, he took voluntary retirement and dedicated himself into training people suffering from emotional illiteracy.

His listeners are managers of banks, police officials of various levels, lectures at academy staff college (UGC), MNC executives entrepreneurs, professional students, Teachers, Chartered Accountants, Hospital Staff, Management Students etc. His effective talks motivates the listeners for easy quick conflict resolutions, minimizing and removal of stress related troubles. He could successfully prevent suicide attempts. In many cases, his listeners have a changed life style, applying skills of emotional intelligence.

Palan is also coordinator of Asia e University and Alagappa University, Thiruvananthapuram Centre. He conducts various PG and UG courses, including MPhil and Ph.D programmes.

Dr. R. Vel Murugan is a Veteran academician with 35 years of teaching experience . He had been consultants various firms. He was Director Distance Education Madurai Kamaraj University. Presently he is Chairman Bureau of Indian Distance Learning and Partner Asia e University, Indian operations. He is associated with University Grants Commission, All India Council for Technical Education, All India Dental Council and National Accreditation Board.

He has widely travelled in Srilanka , Singapore, Hongkong, South Africa, Dubai, Malayia and Mauritius, conducting various seminars on industry REP SOLUTIONS etc.
