Today the approach towards human recourses and management of human recourses are changing globally. It is no more confined to recruiting, administration, record keeping etc. Individual domains are playing the major role in this area. Emotional intelligence is a concept in the present HR contest which is spread by Daniel Goleman in his “Emotional intelligence, why it can Matter more than IQ”. Researches on EI has brought out IQ to the level of 20% compared to that of EI 80%. Significantly relationship management skills have been shifted to emotional management skills. It is inherent to adapt the EI methods of management for desired output.
