Emotional Intelligence, (EI) a recent research subject, beyond psychology, is presently and widely applied for competency development. The skills of emotional intelligence effectively employed, augments individual lifestyle, professional life and in areas of social life. International veterans like Dr.Daniel Goalman, Salovey and Mayer, Lewis, Amini, Lanmon, Siegel etc have opened the doors of emotional intelligence and shown the importance of emotional intelligence to that of traditional intelligence.
